Guidelines for Project Proposals

 

  • Project summary (one paragraph describing objectives and expected results).
  • Project objectives (detailed description of objectives).
  • Project start date and duration.
  • Participant list and roles (a brief C.V. or a job description for each participant).
  • Previous and current funds and grants received by the Principal Investigators.
  • Innovation:
    1. Current state of the art
    2. Innovative aspects of the proposal
    3. Interdisciplinary aspects of the proposal
  • Project work plan, timetable, and milestones:
    1. List of tasks to be performed (with timetable)
    2. Description of deliverables list (with timetable). Please specify which deliverables are confidential and which may be publicly distributed.
    3. Itemized expected expenditures (with timetable).
  • Exploitation plan. (At most one page describing how the project will benefit the university and/or the community at the conclusion of the project.)
  • Financial agreement between C.R.I. and the project managers. (Milestones and transfers of funds, and distribution of income from the project, if applicable).
