The Second Haifa Annual International Stringology Research Workshop, will be held on April 3-8, 2005, at the Caesarea Rothschild Institute for interdisciplinary computer science located inside the University of Haifa. It is funded by the Israel Science Foundation, CRI, the University of Haifa and Bar Ilan University.

 

Abstract:

The workshop will include talks on "Stringology" topics of interest including pattern matching algorithms, algorithms for computational biology, data compression, data structures and other applications of pattern matching algorithms.
